Can I use the wellness area at RH Ifach?
Yes. The hotel has a wellness area focused on family wellbeing, including a sauna, massage room available on request and prior booking, a fully equipped gym, and a small heated pool with relaxation loungers. Children are also allowed to use the heated pool when accompanied by an adult.

What are the restaurant opening hours?
The usual dining room hours are breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and dinner from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. As these times may vary depending on the season or hotel operations, it is best to confirm them at reception during your stay.

How does the birthday promotional code work?
The birthday code is sent by newsletter on the day of your birthday to registered customers who have enabled promotional communications. It is valid for 7 days from the date it is sent and can be used for new bookings with stays taking place within the following 12 months. It may only be used once, for one room, excludes additional services, and cannot be combined with other offers or the RH customer discount.

Are drinks included in my booking?
Drinks in the restaurant are not included when on Half Board or Full Board options. Only house wine and water will be included in reservations with the over 60's rate (in the hotels where said rate is valid).
However, with the All Inclusive option, the drinks indicated in the general conditions of the same will be included (in hotels where this option is available).

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?
All guests that book through our website will have FREE CANCELLATION up to 72 hours before 12pm on the day of arrival.

How can I reserve a parking space at Hotel RH Ifach?
If you would like to add parking to your stay, you can request it during the booking process on hotelesrh.com by providing your vehicle registration number. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. After that deadline, a €20 cancellation fee will apply. The vehicle must be collected before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

For individual bookings, groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, nor are stays linked to stag or hen parties, parties or anniversary celebrations. Separate bookings that are actually part of the same group will not be accepted either.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. The chain also states that it tries to have rooms ready earlier whenever possible.

Do children and babies need to be included in the booking?
Yes. All guests must be included in the booking, including babies and children. The hotel needs to know the number of occupants and their ages in advance, as not all rooms can accommodate a cot or extra bed.
